Everfair Architecture & Design, by Maryan
By Maryan is a signature : one of silent yet powerful architecture.
We don’t just design spaces.
We create experiences, landmarks, and lasting prestige homes shaped by beauty and precision.

A message from the founder
“By Maryan is a story of transmission.
My passion for architecture and design comes from my mother, a woman of taste and strength.
She taught me how to read shapes, to listen to spaces, to recognize beauty in the details.
Through her, I understood that design could be a language, an emotion, a signature.
Every project I design carries that memory, a silent thread between heritage and modernity.
I deeply believe in places that have lived, in ancient walls, quiet ceilings, and timeworn materials.
To renovate, for me, is not to erase it’s to listen. To reveal without betraying. To bring breath and light back into a space, while preserving its soul. To create is to make yesterday and tomorrow speak to one another with care, accuracy, and respect.”

"My universe reflects these influences: open, intuitive, cultured, and always in search of sincere emotion. To create, for me, is to translate what amazes me and shape it into spaces one can truly live in."

Listening to the place before creating
“Before I start sketching, I take the time to listen.
Whether the project involves a blank plot full of promise or an old building marked by time, I need to absorb the place. To walk it, breathe it, feel what already exists even in the emptiness, even in silence.
A site, a volume, a light, an orientation, a scent, a vibration… everything speaks. I don’t design in a vacuum. I believe that architecture finds its true form when it grows from the site, not in spite of it.
On a plot to be built, it’s nature that leads the way: the terrain, the light, the cast shadows, the wind, the horizon. In a renovation, the memory of the structure takes precedence: the marks, the proportions, the scars, the silences.
This phase of intuitive observation is essential to my process.
It allows me to create a project that is not imposed, but embodied in direct dialogue with what already exists, before any architectural gesture is made.”
An open vision of creation
“I deeply believe in the power of encounters and the richness of creative dialogue.
Architecture, like any living art, gains strength when it opens up to other perspectives, other sensibilities, other journeys.
This is why I welcome collaboration with other architects in a spirit of trust, complementarity, and mutual respect.
Whether co-signing a project, exchanging ideas, reflecting together, or shaping a shared vision, I am convinced that the most beautiful creations often emerge from the kind and honest confrontation of distinct creative worlds.
To collaborate, for me, is to enrich identity.
It’s about learning, sharing, being inspired, challenging one another and bringing to life solutions that are more subtle, more daring, more accurate.
If our approaches resonate, if our visions can listen to each other, I would be delighted to imagine together ambitious, sensitive, and deeply human projects.”
